    Order Processing & Cancellation

    Your vacation-ready dresses take time to prepare for their journey to you. Orders typically process within 3-5 business days (longer than standard retailers to ensure careful packing of delicate fabrics). Cancellations are only possible if requested within 4 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Once our artisans begin hand-packing your order (after 4 hours), we cannot cancel as each piece is specially prepared with tissue wrapping and boutique-style packaging to preserve its resort-wear quality.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We offer a 21-day return window from delivery date—50% longer than typical fashion sites—because we understand you may need multiple vacation outings to evaluate flowy silhouettes and beach-to-dinner versatility. Dresses must retain their original drape and fabric integrity. Exchanges are available for size adjustments or alternate colors within the same collection, provided the new selection matches the original item's price point.


    Return Requirements

    Vacation dresses must be returned with all protective garment bags intact, free of sand, sunscreen, or makeup marks. The hidden interior care label (sewn into side seams) must remain attached—this is how we verify the garment hasn't been altered for special occasions. Original branded hangers and fabric sachets should be included if possible. We cannot accept returns with stretched necklines from improper hanging or fabric pilling from friction against beach bags.


    Exchange Process

    For size exchanges, please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive and authenticate your return before we ship the replacement. Color exchanges depend on current inventory of our small-batch productions—if your preferred shade is unavailable, we'll contact you with similar alternatives from our resort collection. All exchanged items ship with complimentary vacation-style packaging upgrades like palm-print tissue paper.


    Return Shipping

    A $15 return shipping fee applies to cover our specialized garment inspection process. This fee is waived if the return results from our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or undisclosed fabric flaw). For destination weddings or group orders, we offer bulk return discounts—contact us before shipping multiple items back. International returns may incur additional duties.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds take 12-18 business days to process—longer than average because each returned dress undergoes meticulous quality checks by our textile experts. We examine stitching, fabric resilience, and odor retention before approving refunds. You'll receive a detailed email explaining any deductions if the item shows wear beyond our "test wear" policy (allowing limited try-ons with protective undergarments).


    Special Considerations

    Final sale items marked "Vacation Ready" cannot be returned due to their perishable seasonal nature. Hand-beaded or embroidered pieces have a modified 14-day return window. For destination wedding purchases, we recommend ordering samples first—contact us about our try-before-you-buy program for groups of 5+ dresses.


    Refund Delays

    If your refund hasn't appeared after 18 business days: (1) Check with your payment provider about international transaction processing times (2) Verify you returned all original packaging components (3) Email [email protected] with photos of your return packaging. Our boutique team responds within 72 hours to resolve all refund inquiries personally.
