We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payments. All transactions are processed through secure encrypted channels. Your payment must clear before we begin processing your order. In rare cases where payment authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order after 72 hours of attempted processing.
After placing your order, you'll receive an automated confirmation email within 15 minutes. This email serves as your receipt and order verification. Please review all details carefully including sizing, color selection, and shipping address. We process orders based on the information provided during checkout - we cannot modify addresses or items after an order is placed. For urgent changes, email [email protected] immediately after ordering.
While we maintain accurate inventory systems, we occasionally encounter discrepancies due to high demand during peak seasons. If we cannot fulfill your order due to stock issues, we will notify you within 48 hours and issue a full refund. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, use suspicious payment methods, or exceed reasonable personal purchase quantities (typically more than 5 identical items).
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax for regions where we're required to collect it. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These additional charges are never included in our checkout prices and will be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
Most vacation dresses require 3-5 business days for quality inspection and preparation before shipping. During holiday periods (November-January), processing may extend to 7 business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or FedEx Ground (1-5 business days) depending on your location. International shipments typically take 10-21 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your package is scanned by the carrier.
We offer a 21-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in resalable condition. Swimwear and sale items are final sale. To initiate a return, email [email protected] for authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours. Refunds process within 10 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges are subject to availability and require return approval first.
