Expedited shipping applies to: (1) Confirmed in-stock items (excluding final sale pieces), (2) Orders placed by 12 PM EST Monday-Thursday, and (3) Deliveries to major coastal cities and resort areas with established carrier networks.
During peak travel seasons (May-August and December), expedited service may have limited capacity due to high demand from vacationers.
Tropical destinations may assess additional import duties on textile products (typically 5-20% of item value). These fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid directly to local customs. Unclaimed packages will be subject to a US$25 restocking fee plus return shipping costs to maintain our sustainable inventory practices.
For shipments to Caribbean islands and other archipelagos, please allow extra 3-5 business days for inter-island transfers. Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 21 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Final sale swimwear and accessories are excluded.
